The Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS-II®)
While there are a number of valuable assessments available to clergy and lay leadership, and while some of them have outstanding specific application, I consider the KTS-II® to be foundational for understanding how we are hard-wired and what our default preferences are in the areas of communication, decision-making, conflict, talent, preaching, teaching, spiritual formation, and leadership – to name just a few.
In a team environment the KTS-II® helps individuals understand how they relate to the group, while also providing insight into fellow team members and the group as a whole.
The KTS-II® is a great instrument for couples – my wife and I have employed its principles for over twenty years in our own marriage and I’ve incorporated it into premarital and marital counseling.
By experiencing the Classic KTS-II® with a Keirsey Certified Counselor you’ll have the benefit of coaching and interpretation throughout the process, as well as a more finely-tuned assessment than is available to the general public.

· A Telephone Appointment that Covers:
o An Explanation of the Report
o How You can Use the Report in the Search Process and in Ministry
